How to alleviate the stress caused by the quick pace of life nowadays? 


        In the modern society, people live a faster life than before.  However, the quicker pace of life we have, the more stress we get.

No one can deny that people need a slower life with less stress.  On the contrary, the quicker and quicker pace of life causes people a lot of stress in many ways, such as social economics, living environment, and mental illness.  First, to take an example, the vicious circle of the competitive speed in business sale or service among companies makes businessmen edgy.  Furthermore, people have to deal with too many trifles in a hurry without performing well, and that usually messes not only daily life but living environment.  In this manner, more and more people suffer from upset mood caused by nervous breakdown, and then they collapse under pressure.

For alleviating too much stress in the present, people should try to manage their own matters efficiently, release the terrible emotions at the right moment, and enjoy good leisure activities.  That is to say, never waste time on paltry things during office hours, but always spend time clearing your disordered mind by slowing down the pace of life off duty.  Besides, it’s important to have an easier way of life sometimes.  For instance, making tasty coffee or tea for yourself, reading a good book at home, or taking a walk with family and good friends in the park, all of them really do you good.

Nevertheless, it goes without saying that to know is one thing; to do is another.  People still have to try hard to make a balance between quick and slow pace of life with positive attitude.  Only by this can we live a happy and healthy life!
